Is the site author really familiar with unbelief and what's most important to nonbelievers?

I appreciate your general skepticism. To be open to believing any claim, when many claims are false, is to be open to believing that which is false - a logical dilemma. Therefore we must all consider carefully those things which are presented to us as truth.
Religion, from the Latin religare, means to bind together. You might not believe in any spiritual aspect to life, but you likely hold some worldview on the nature of reality and how all things relate or are bound together. Weigh the worldviews presented in the following discussions to see if they ring true:
1.
WHY CONSIDER THE BIBLE?
If the Bible's not important, then it doesn't matter whether or not it's
true. This is why the Bible is important.
2.
IS THERE A GOD?
Here is proof that belief in God is rational, logical,
and reasonably accounts for the universe around us.
3. HOW CAN
WE TELL WHETHER OR NOT THE BIBLE IS TELLING THE TRUTH?
If the Bible claims to be true, then an objective
strategy must be found that can test that truth. Here is a strategy from
the science of law.
4. DO MIRACLES
REALLY HAPPEN?
There is, of course, no believing in Christ without
believing in miracles. This chapter explains the nature of miracles, the
nature of physical laws, and the surprising relationship between the two.
5. WHAT IS
TRUTH?
Christianity is accused by nonbelievers as being
untrue. Can we at least agree then that there is such a thing as
truth? And that it matters?
6.
WHERE DID THE EARTH COME FROM?
If you doubt there could be parallels between Scripture
and science, I challenge you to look at the summary at the end of this
chapter.
7.
INTELLIGENT DESIGN THEORY
IDT is a scientific approach to origins that is
devoid of both evolution's materialist philosophy and creation's premise
of a supernatural God. Strictly adhering to facts in evidence, IDT evaluates
whether or not any particular subject of study is the result of intentional
design.
8. WAS JESUS
RESURRECTED FROM THE DEAD?
If there was no resurrection, then it's scientific
likelihood is irrelevant.
Yet if it did happen, it's possibility is a foregone conclusion.
9. JESUS IS
LORD
A summary of the major proofs for the Lordship of
Jesus Christ (not comprehensive).
Many
people live, work, and vote based on their belief in the Bible.
This affects you. Should the Bible have that authority?
